After the birth of my son I struggled with breastfeeding and it took a huge toll on me physically and emotionally. I was exhausted, in pain, and conflicted as I was ready to quit but just couldn’t bring myself to give up on something I so deeply cared about. Victoria spent several sessions with me educating me about proper latching techniques, how to incorporate pumping into my breastfeeding plan, and nutritional guidance to ensure I am at my best. She even educated my partner on how to support my breastfeeding schedule and tips on how he could be a part of it.
